Terms and Conditions for Agents Pro :
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of Agents (hereinafter referred to as "Agent" or "you") in XP Network's business platform. By registering as an Agent and paying the associated fees, you agree to the following: 

1. Registration and Licensing  
1.1. To become an Agent, you must pay a one-time license fee of $245.  
1.2. Agents are required to pay a recurring monthly membership fee of $50 to maintain active status and access platform benefits.  
1.3. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in XP Network's refund policy.  
2. Agent Roles and Responsibilities  
2.1. Agents are authorized to: -Onboard new vendors to the XP Network platform. - Recruit additional agents to join XP Network. - Share their referral link to generate successful referrals and have access to our direct sales portfolio. 
2.2. Agents must use ethical and lawful practices in promoting XP Network and its services.  
2.3. Misrepresentation of XP Network or its benefits will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of compensation.
